**If you want to learn how AI systems actually work and you're starting from zero — no maths, no coding, no background — this is where to start.** You are in the right place and you have not missed a step.

This folder is the Field Foundations course: the AI basics, in order, from the very first idea. Everything in it is yours. It works with no internet and no account.

What's in here

Field Foundations/ — one folder per module you've downloaded.

Inside each: the module itself (open it in any browser, it works offline), the same module as plain text for handing to an AI, and both prompts as text.

Quiz Me.html — open this one. It holds every question from every module

you've downloaded, picks some at random, and copies them to your clipboard along with the module text they came from. Paste that into any AI assistant.

How to use it

Open a module and read ONE section. Then stop.

Write your own notes on that section, in your words. The rewriting is the learning.

Write down every question you have.

Next section. Repeat to the bottom.

At the end, press "Copy the discussion prompt" and paste it into any AI. Paste your

questions in too. Talk it through.

When you feel strong, press "Copy the gate prompt". Closed book. It scores you.

Later, come back and open Quiz Me.html. Coming back cold, days later, is the part that makes it stick — re-reading feels like learning and mostly isn't.

You can dictate your answers instead of typing them: Win+H on Windows, Dictation on a Mac, the microphone on your phone keyboard.

Any assistant works — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, an open-source model you run yourself. Free tiers are fine.
